# AVP's Virtual AV Archives Night 2020

We’re bringing AV Archives Night back and we’re making it easy!

Share your content with us, we’ll host it in our AV streaming platform [Aviary](http://www.aviaryplatform.com), then join us and others in an interactive screening event on August 6th from 5:30- 7:00 PM CT as part of the social activities during Archives Records 2020. Submissions are due by 12:00 pm CT on Wednesday, August 5, 2020. Got questions? [Email](mailto:january@weareavp.com) us!

**Step 1:** Find audiovisual content of any subject matter to share that’s less than 4 minutes. If your file isn’t clipped, you can submit timecodes and we'll clip for the screening. 

**Step 2:** Fill out this form! We'll send you a secure upload link for your file, or if you want to share something you already have in YouTube or Vimeo, you can give us the url.

**Step 3**: AVP will send you a link to view your content in Aviary and you’ll have the opportunity to add transcripts, links, security permissions, or additional metadata.
